We work hard to create innovative, high quality products and we want you to be pleased with whatever you order from Galison/Mudpuppy. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please e-mail us at sales@galison.com and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you. The only exception is that personalized and custom project merchandise is not returnable.
